Refund and Returns Policy

At NFC Foodmart, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund and Returns Policy explains when refunds or replacements may be issued.

Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns on food items once they have been delivered, except in the following cases:

You received the wrong item

The item was damaged, spoiled, or expired at the time of delivery

Your order was incomplete or missing items

Non-food items (if applicable) may be eligible for return if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Reporting an Issue

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

Your order number

A description of the issue

Clear photos of the item(s), where applicable

Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible for review.

Refunds & Replacements

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we may offer:

A replacement item

Store credit

A refund to your original payment method

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

Change of mind

Incorrect address provided by the customer

Failed delivery due to customer unavailability

Normal variations in packaging or labeling

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are processed or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Delivery Issues

NFC Foodmart is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances, but we will work with you to resolve any genuine issues.
